Boatshore is a HOA community consisting of 72 lots with five cul-de-sacs. The neighborhood is just off of Boatshore Road which is located near Ebenezer Park on Lake Wylie.
Ebenezer Park offers the neighborhood access to a small swim area, fishing pier, campsites, picnic pavilions, a playground and multiple boat launches. All manner of boats grace the waters of Lake Wylie and about 1/2 mile around the corner is the Lake Club Marina with permanent boat slips for rent.
There is no direct approach to the lake from within the physical subdivision and parking for Ebenezer Park is not allowed within our Boatshore neighborhood.
Neighborhood schools are: Mt. Gallant elementary, Dutchman Creek Middle School and Northwestern High School.
The names of the streets at Boatshore -- Monarch, Painted Lady, White Admiral, Tortoiseshell, and Swallowtail -- are all names of butterflies.
